Job description

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment coordination and documentation in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track shipments between suppliers, co-manufacturers, and fulfillment centers

Oversee the shipment setup process, including gathering requirements and ensuring accurate documentation

Maintain ERP system accuracy and clear documentation for financial audits and inventory flow

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in logistics operations within a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with ERP systems; experience with fulfil.io is a plus

Hands-on experience with shipping requirements such as dimensions and freight quotes

Willingness to learn and use tools like Slack and partner portals

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
