Key Responsibilities

Build content for IT operations software products through scripting and automation

Research and design new IT operations standards, updating the scripting database for best practices

Implement tailored automation solutions in response to incidents or events in the IT landscape

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems

3+ years of scripting experience in PowerShell

Technical experience across the IT infrastructure and managed services stack

Knowledge of security challenges and setting up secure baselines for devices

Experience with source control and REST APIs
