Job Responsibilities :
- Assists with patients' residents hygiene needs.
- Provides activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning residents; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
- Maintain resident stability by checking vital signs and weight; recording intake and output information.
- Provides resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting residents; answering residents' call lights and requests; reporting observations of the residnet to charge nurse.
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Follows professional standards, facility policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and standards.
