Job Title : Field Service Manager
Location : Danbury Branch Office
Starting Pay : $23.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Field Service Manager to join our Danbury Branch Office. The ideal candidate will support the District Manager, oversee daily field operations, guide on-site teams, ensure service quality, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field service operations within the Danbury Branch Office
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to field service staff
- Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and records
- Assist with scheduling, training, and field troubleshooting as needed, including responding to call-outs
- Manage payroll responsibilities.
Requirements
Valid drivers license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel to all assigned sites, with the furthest location approximately one hour from the Danbury officeStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilitiesComfortable working evening / overnight hours (18000200)Availability Thursday through MondayWillingness to hold post as needed on an emergency basisEducation / Experience : High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
