Key responsibilities:

• Process and review employee timecards and payroll data
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Maintain and update payroll records
• Assist with payroll reporting and compliance
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and timekeeping
• Support the accounting team with administrative payroll tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in accounting or finance preferred
• Prior experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel is a plus
