HR Manager - $100,000-$110,000 | Full-Time | Fully On-Site
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources function and support a growing workforce. This role is perfect for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in an on-site, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong employee relationships, improving processes, and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all daily HR operations as the primary HR contact
Supervise 1 direct report , providing mentorship, support, and performance guidance
Lead recruiting, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
Administer and interpret HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and corrective action
Manage benefits, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, OSHA reporting, and HRIS accuracy
Partner with leadership to drive culture, engagement, and retention strategies
Compensation
$100,000-$110,000 annual salary

Qualifications
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices
Proven experience supporting managers and employees across all HR functions
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Must be comfortable working fully on-site in a collaborative environment
