Business Analyst

The successful candidate will have the ability to drive common understanding between business and technology stakeholders as we move through design, solutioning, testing and hypercare. Task include :

o Project management support and documentation

o Create design and Maintain Excel documents

o Perform Data mapping

o Perform Data validation

o Business Analyst testing (Data Quality Assurance)

Required Qualifications :

Must have

o Master Data Acumen (taxonomy, data modeling, data governance, data literacy tools)

o Data profiling skills : Advanced Excel

o Requirements gathering skillset

o Strong Communication skills (written & verbal)

Nice to have

o PBI Development and Integration skills

o Change Management Experience

o Beauty / Consumer Goods industry experience
