Job Description :

This is an in-person position only. We're seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team! This in-person role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing essential administrative support for smooth daily operations. You will work in a professional office setting, interacting with team members and clients, and supporting employee appreciation events. You will also connect employees with key resources like HR, Accounting, and Marketing, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities : Receptionist :

• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
