Job descriptionPerform comprehensive physical exams, make accurate diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their health Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Mentor and support clinical staff to promote continuous learning and teamwork Utilize advanced EMR systems and AI-powered tools to streamline documentation and enhance patient communication A supportive, team-oriented environment Innovative technology including AI assistance for charting Opportunities for professional growth and leadership Paid Federal Holidays Opportunity for PTO retention bonus 401 K Experience working in Family Medicine setting with minimum 1 year (out-patient, hospital, etc.) Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Masters degree in Nursing. Valid Nurse Practitioner license. Accredited NP program completion, with a focus on Primary Care. Excellent communication and patient management skills. Strong ability to work independently and in a team. Active BLS / CPR certification Valid Driver's License Please note this position is for full time W2 Salary
