Position Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated, driven, self-starter, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, testing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion driven activations and play a major role in direct media buys.

Job Scope

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan, build, and manage campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and direct buy media.
• Analyze targeting to optimize campaigns for performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, and pipeline contribution).
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Deep understanding of the different ad platforms and how they work.
