Adecco is hiring immediately for a SEM Process Technician a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $33.00 / hr. - $35.00 / hr.

Duties :

• Shift - Sunday - Wednesday 4 days x 10 hours / day.
• Cross section SEM (scanning electron microscope) analysis technician
• Experienced for preparing the sample by cleaving the wafers and analyzing the sample.
• Also supporting other metrology tools to measure wafers
• Follow SOP and MES operation procedure instruction and process the wafers.
• Collect the inspection data and provide data to engineering review.
• Follow engineering instruction and assist experimental wafer processing.
• Comply all safety requirements and IP protection protocol.
