Join an expanding Private Investment Funds practice on the West Coast, advising on fund formations from emerging managers to multi-billion-dollar platforms across technology, real estate, and private equity.

Key Responsibilities & Exposure

Work alongside market-recognised partners on sophisticated fundraises, secondaries, and investor mandates, with integrated support across tax, regulatory, and securities advisory. Expect consistent exposure to high-growth sectors and the chance to develop deep technical credentials within a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on private fund formations and related regulatory considerations.
• Knowledge of private placements, unregistered funds, and Investment Advisers Act matters.
• Strong drafting skills and comfort managing complex workstreams.
• California qualification or eligibility to waive in.
