This is an exciting, client-facing position for those who are tech oriented, can work independently but co-operate with a large firm structure. Excellent opportunity for attorneys with debtor-creditor experience to work in a client-facing environment. Provide state and federal bar admissions on your resume. Recent MBE over 273 and willing to waive in to the 13 MBE states a plus. Recent bar / new admittees welcome.

This attorney position is only for those who want direct client contact, full responsibility for your work, and have great personal skills in client counseling and an outgoing personality. You must also be able to collaborate in groups with peers in the virtual world. Zoom! New admittees welcome!

The position involves client counseling, drafting documents, and court appearances. You must LOVE, not like, talking to ordinary working and retired folks constantly. This is not a litigation or document review position : you will have substantial direct client responsibility.
