Perform advanced assessments, therapies & emergency treatment during air and ground transports

Accurately document patient care & billing —precision matters when lives depend on it

Coordinate seamlessly with pilots, dispatch, and ground crews

Stay at the top of your game through regular training, equipment checks & clinical rotations

Who You Are

Paramedic Certification active in California

3+ years (5+ preferred) 911 / pre-hospital field experience

Current BLS, ACLS, PALS / PEPP, PHTLS / ITLS (NRP & instructor creds a plus)

FP-C certification within 24 months of hire

Flight or transport experience preferred

Able to pass a physical exam (lift up to 100 lbs), drug screen, and background check

Meets safety-focused height / weight standards
