Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - Sam's Club MAP

Sam’s Club Member Access Platform (MAP) is the nexus of the Supplier -Marketer- Merchant partnership and are responsible for delivering our suppliers (advertisers) impactful omnichannel member experiences that are married with measurable insights. The role of the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations – will play a critical role in driving business insights and enhancing sales performance for Sam's Club MAP. This individual will serve as the voice of sales to finance and executive leadership by translating sales objectives and challenges into actionable insights. You will be instrumental in creating accurate sales forecasts and identifying potential risks to revenue, while fostering a strong partnership with the finance team.
You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, Sam's Club MAP, within the centralized MAP Operations team.
Primary responsibilities include :
Work directly with sales teams to create a highly accurate sales forecast each quarter. Develop tools including bottoms up analyses and models to provide insights into sales performance.
Develop a deep understanding of our overall business and how our different products and sales investments layer into our broader strategy.
Support cross functional teams with long-term planning as well as the annual operation plan process by leading the bottoms up revenue forecasting with Sales.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations or sales finance. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, across all levels of internal stakeholders. Thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Project management experience with cross-functional tech and operations teams. Demonstrates company values and beliefs. Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude. Digital advertising experience preferred, but not required

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
