Overview : Lead with clinical compassion and operational excellence across multiple hospice locations

As an Executive Director Specialist - RN, you'll serve as the operational and clinical leader in our hospice locations across the region. You'll ensure compliance, lead quality initiatives, and support teams in delivering best-in-class care during times of leadership transition.

This is a fully travel-based position, reporting to the AVP of Operations, designed for a nurse leader with the flexibility and skill to manage hospice operations while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and organizational standards.

What You'll Do as Executive Director Specialist - RN :

• Serve as the Administrator on record at assigned hospice agencies
• Oversee the day-to-day operations including staffing, compliance, patient services, and performance improvement
• Drive clinical quality and ensure services meet Medicare Conditions of Participation, state hospice regulations, and Gentiva standards
• Lead, coach, and support hospice care teams to meet patient-centered goals
• Manage operational budgets with full P&L responsibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure smooth transitions and sustainable team performance
• Travel up to 100% throughout the region to provide onsite leadership
