Responsibilities :

Analysts will get exposure to a broad range of deals and transactions across a variety of property types, client types, and markets. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

• Perform market and property research to be used in analyses, valuations, and marketing materials
• Create comparable analyses
• Excel modeling and valuation work
• Work on the preparation of pitch books and marketing materials including offering memoranda, proposal packages, and sales collateral
• Assist in deal management efforts
• Analyze, review, and interpret real estate diligence material
• Travel to properties to provide brokers and clients with informed insights
• Contribute to ad-hoc business projects related to client requests and strategic growth initiatives
