Brokerage Coordinator

DRB Group Realty LLC is seeking an entry level Brokerage Coordinator to help manage compliance and data integrity within the brokerage. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detailed, customer service oriented and a team player. The Coordinator will report to the Associate Broker and will be the support bridge between internal and external customers to help ensure compliance with state and local regulations, brokerage paperwork, and licensing. General Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for filing down the required paperwork for real estate licensing - both new and renewals Audit internal records to ensure everything aligns with state records Manage updates and input new listings within the MLS & DRB website Coordinate with Division Sales for advertising updates, listing clarifications, etc. Oversee the compliance of listings and advertisement with fair housing, NAR, and MLS regulations Other duties that may arise Qualifications Must hold an active TX Real Estate License or be willing to achieve this within 90 days of hire 1 or more years of experience working in administration Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Able to provide efficient timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers Advanced computer system experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and internet Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience working for a homebuilder Background in real estate At DRB employment opportunity is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, ancestry, national origin, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic as established by law.
