Capital Markets Specialists evaluate a broad array of financial activities and products at the most complex system institutions. Most activities involve serving as a member or leader of an examination team under the direction of a Senior Examiner or the Capital Markets Specialty Program Manager. This position is part of the Farm Credit Administration.
