A health services network in New York City is currently seeking a board-eligible / certified OB / GYN Generalist to join their growing team.In this role, the OB / GYN Generalist will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based, comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients at the facility.About the Opportunity : Start Date : ASAP Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies, collaborating with maternal-fetal medicine and other specialties Perform vaginal, operative vaginal, and cesarean deliveries Provide emergency obstetric care and consultation services Evaluate and treat a broad range of gynecologic conditions, both acute and chronic Provide outpatient procedures such as colposcopy, IUD placement / removal, biopsies, and sonography Perform gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive and open procedures Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health, contraception, and menopause management Provide clinical and didactic teaching to OB / GYN residents and medical students Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications : M.D.or D.O.Unrestricted State of New York Medical License (current or eligible) Board Eligible or Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Current BLS certification DEA Registration.
