About the Role
The Company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including communicating changes and developments regarding employee benefits, organizing and scheduling interviews across different time zones, and overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting the administration of employee benefits plans, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Business Partner will also play a key role in fostering a positive company culture, supporting employee performance evaluations, and adhering to information security and privacy policies.
Applicants for the HR Business Partner position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in a related HR role. Management experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, performance management, and people management, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with employment laws, particularly those in Massachusetts, are highly preferred. The role requires an independent and motivated self-starter who can effectively support the diverse needs of the organization and its employees.
