Job descriptionPart-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 12 : 30 PM Must be flexible for varying case lengths You will get paid for a minimum 17.5 hours per week (whether there is work or not) We may have more hours available and weekend shifts may be available if desired! Provide personal care and assist with ADLs Support clients with light housekeeping and meal prep Offer companionship and help maintain comfort and safety Be a dependable, caring presence that families can trust Weekday Pay : $18 / hour Weekend Pay : $19 / hour 1-Hour Shifts : $23–$24 / hour Paid Travel Time : Minimum wage Mileage Reimbursement : $0.58 per mile for errands Sick Time : 1 hour earned for every 30 worked (up to 40 hours / year) 401(k) with 2% company match after 365 days (3-year vesting) Health insurance available after eligibility period Paid training, free PPE, and 24 / 7 support from our team

- Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and current insurance
- Able to speak and understand English fluently
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 12 : 30 PM
- Must be flexible on shift lengths and able to travel up to 30 minutes from home
- No shift refusals or callouts to maintain a minimum of 17.5 hours / week of pay guaranteed
