Job description3+ years business-to-business sales experience, preferably within construction, machinery, service, or industrial markets. Bachelor's degree or related experience or an equivalent education and experience combination. Time management and strong presentation skills. Previous experience working from a home office or out in the field daily. Goal oriented, commission motivated, solid work ethic. Medical insurance 401(k)
Pay and Compensation
Base pay range : $50,000.00 / yr - $70,000.00 / yr
Additional compensation : Commission. Base salary plus guarantee / commission = $90k - $120k first year.
Job Overview
Myrick Recruiting, LLC has partnered with an established equipment company on an Equipment Sales Specialist opportunity covering the Oklahoma City and surrounding area. The role focuses on project management, developing new accounts, and managing accounts in the Construction, Industrial, Manufacturing and similar industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve Annual Territory Sales Plan which sets revenue, profitability and market growth targets.
- Cold calling, presentation development, delivery, and closing deals.
- Partner with Operations to meet client's needs.
- Maintain accurate reports and database records of customer contacts / activities and transactions.
