Director, Financial Planning & Analysis
Frontier Airlines is hiring a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the company’s annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions. The role supports strategic decision making and provides analysis and tools to the business to achieve Frontier’s objectives.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead the annual budget and ongoing forecast process, ensuring alignment with plan and strategy.
- Manage and develop a high‑performing team of finance analysts and managers.
- Provide support for investor metrics and earnings disclosures.
- Partner with the accounting team to review monthly financial reporting packages.
- Deliver executive-level communication on capital planning, revenue optimization, cost control and operational initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership on board‑level reporting and strategic analysis.
- Optimize and maintain tools for budget, forecast execution and financial reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).MBA preferred, but not required.At least seven years of finance experience, including a minimum of three years in a leadership role.Corporate‑level experience preferred.Airline industry experience an advantage.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Salary Range : $137,643 – $182,696 DOE.
