  • Nursing Shift : 7AM - 7PM (12-hour day shifts)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36\n
  • Self-Scheduling : Yes – flexible scheduling for work-life balance\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1820 - $1950\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active RN license (Registered Nurse)\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience (2+ years preferred)\n
  • Experience circulating C-sections in a clinical setting\n
  • High-risk Labor & Delivery experience preferred\n
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills\n
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment\n

    • \n\nLabor & Delivery RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver compassionate patient care to laboring mothers and newborns\n
  • Circulate and assist during C-sections, inductions, AROM, IUPC, DFM, Doppler procedures\n
  • Monitor patients using advanced medical equipment (Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, CPN monitors)\n
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including experienced nurses and OB hospitalists\n
  • Maintain accurate documentation using CPN Gold and Meditech EMR systems\n
  • Educate and support patients and families throughout the labor and delivery process\n
  • Participate in a team nursing approach to ensure excellent patient outcomes\n
