As the Director of Nursing, you'll provide strategic oversight of all nursing operations across our hospital, champion high-quality care, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities :

• Lead nursing practice and clinical operations with a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Guide the nursing leadership team to ensure consistent, evidence-based care standards.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, medical staff, and community partners to promote excellence in care delivery.
• Oversee workforce development, recruitment, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage fiscal operations including departmental budgets and resource planning.
• Serve as a visible leader, mentor, and advocate for the nursing profession.
