Job Description
Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team within the assigned account portfolio and industry vertical. Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership, and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables. This includes accountability for effectively managing, mentoring, recruiting, and developing a team of world-class Sourcing and Procurement professionals.
Provide impactful leadership in a cross-functional and collaborative environment to drive immediate and sustained benefits to our clients and JLL.
Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guidelines, and meeting account-level KPIs and goals.
Oversee assigned portfolio compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities.

8+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services is highly desired, along with people management experience.
Bachelor's Degree Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
MBA, a plus.
CPM, CPSM, or CPSD certification preferred.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer.
Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%)
Ability to work remotely (i.e., home office), including on-site at client locations.
