Job Description
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to address concerns and provide solutions. Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes.
