Docker Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Docker Support Engineer (Night Shifts).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support and become an expert in Docker technologies and products

Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques on critical problems across the Docker technology stack

Engage with engineering teams to identify bugs and resolve technical issues

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience

3+ years of enterprise technical support experience at a high-growth SaaS technology company

Experience with Docker products such as Docker Engine, Docker Hub, and Docker Desktop

Extensive experience troubleshooting Docker technologies and SaaS products

Familiarity with macOS, Microsoft Windows, and Linux systems
