Job descriptionMust Pass a 10 panel drug screen Clean Background (felonies over 5 to 7 years could possibly be ok) Must Pass E-Verify Must have steeled toe boots Must Have Transportation (no public transportation nearby) Lift 40 pounds Ability to work in a loud environment High school diploma or equivalent Writing, mathematical skills, and a basic mechanical understanding One year Experience with Folder Gluers (minimum) Two or more years’ experience with machine operation, preference in folding and gluing Possesses the knowledge to work safely with available tools and chemicals Ability to handle fast pace and high stress environment Ability to withstand dusty and noisy conditions Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and push / pull at least 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel or stoop for extended periods of time

A2Z Staffing, LLC is currently looking for Grinder Operator for a growing warehouse in the West Valley.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for grinding plastic materials and sorting / dumping bags in a fast-paced environment. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
