Our dedicated team provides patient-centered anesthesia for a diverse range of surgical procedures, including cardiac, vascular, neurosurgery, pediatrics, and obstetrics. As a CRNA, you will administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for both scheduled and emergency surgical, obstetric, and diagnostic procedures.\n\nNot only will you provide outstanding care, but you will also have the opportunity to offer one-on-one anesthesia instruction to students from Columbia University and Fairfield University's Nurse Anesthesia Program. Our state-of-the-art David H. Koch Ambulatory Surgery Center, which opened in April 2018, has rapidly become the premier destination for ambulatory surgery at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. In 2020, we expanded this center to include the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Women's Hospital. Our CRNAs are committed to using their expertise and the latest technology to ensure excellent patient outcomes, consistently achieving remarkable surgical success rates and one of the nation's lowest mortality rates.\n\nThis role offers flexible scheduling and a balanced caseload. You will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in healthcare, contributing to shared clinical decision-making and enjoying the support of inspirational leadership and colleagues.\n\nThis is a full-time position located at New York-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center.\n\nWe offer 8, 10, 13, and 24-hour shifts, with a minimal requirement to participate in OB call.\n\nNEW GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY! • At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist\n
• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP or DNAP)\n\nRequired Criteria : \n
• Certification of Nurse Anesthetists\n
• Master's of Science in Nursing\n
• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)\n
• BCLS Certification\n
