Reliable CDL-A drivers are needed to operate a dedicated, multi-stop regional route for a single customer. The position offers predictable lanes, steady weekly mileage, and consistent multi-state work, servicing customer distribution points.
Multi-stop route averaging 18 stops per week.
Typical pattern : out approximately 2 weeks, home about 2 days.Estimated weekly mileage : ~2,150 miles.Freight & operations :Dedicated dry-van deliveries.
Primary unload method : hand-unload with rollers; occasional pallet jack use to move loads to the rear of the trailer.Equipment :Late-model sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions.
Drivers may be permitted to take assigned trucks home when safe, secure parking is available.Compensation & incentives :Base pay : $0.63–$0.71 per mile (depending on experience).
Stop pay : $20 per stop (average 18 stops per week).Detention pay : $20 per hour after 2 hours, up to 10 hours.Safe and on-time performance bonuses and additional incentive opportunities where applicable.Estimated typical weekly pay : approximately $1,546 (based on 2,150 miles); top performers may earn approximately $1,635 weekly.Estimated annual examples : approximately $80,392–$85,000.Primary responsibilities :Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Perform multi-stop, dedicated dry-van deliveries and complete customer unloading procedures.Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.Maintain accurate driving logs and required documentation, including ELD usage where applicable.Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or operational issues.Adhere to hours-of-service rules, company safety standards, and customer-specific requirements at all times.Minimum qualifications :Valid CDL-A license.
