Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the execution of projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and streamline operations.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to manage supplier relationships and agreements.
• Monitor financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and cost control.
• Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transitions.
• Analyze and optimize workforce management within contingent labor programs.
• Prepare and present reports detailing project progress, risks, and solutions.
• Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and organizational standards.
• Utilize R Code and other tools to support analytical tasks and decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
