LocumJobsOnline is working with SUMO Medical Staffing to find a qualified Orthopedic Surgery MD in Peoria, Illinois, 61601!

About The Position

Seeking an experienced Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon to work locum shifts one week per month in Peoria, Illnois (IL) Starting as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work each month with a competitive market rate and benefits.

Location :  Peoria, Illinois

Start Date :  As soon as credentialed

Schedule :   One week per month for 24 / 7 call coverage, OR and clinic

Estimated Shifts / Month :  7

Response Time for Calls :  30 minutes

Trauma Level :   Level I

EMR :   EPIC

Clinical Responsibilities :

  • 24 / 7 call coverage during assigned week
  • OR duties and surgical procedures
  • Clinic consultations and follow-up care
  • Pediatric orthopedic trauma and general procedures for patients under 18

Job Requirements

REQUIRED :

IL License active and unrestricted, or IMLC (LOQ in hand)

BC / BE- Orthopaedic Surgery, Fellowship trained-Pediatric Surgery

ACLS, BLS, IL CSR

Minimum Experience : 1 year
