Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Austin TX. This role is essential in driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive articulate and passionate about contributing to a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business leads across targeted markets

Conduct research to understand client needs and industry landscapes

Engage with prospective clients through professional outreach and tailored communication

Support the development of proposals presentations and strategic materials

Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client objectives

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity

Participate in planning sessions to help shape business development strategies

Qualifications : Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze information and identify business opportunities

Confidence in engaging with clients and discussing professional solutions

Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Basic understanding of business operations or sales principles is a plus (but not required)
