Each year, adults with autism and other neurodiversity age out of ABA clinics and school systems. What will you do?

• Helping adults with autism and other neurodiversity live their very best adult life ages 18+
• Use ABA principles with adults in the natural environment including - vocational training, daily life skills, budgeting, cooking, social and recreational activities (e.g. lake sports, swimming, rock climbing)
• Assist with data collection, observe clients’ behavior as directed based on clients’ plans
• Assist with assessment activities for treatment plans and behavior interventions in a naturalistic environment
• Assist with activities directly related to behavior analysis and program implementation
• Provide transportation in company vehicles to outings and assistance with community events
• Provide principles of ABA therapy programming in all setting including home, community, and employment
• Collect data and implement customized adult life plans for each client
• Actively participate in all activities, No two days are the same. Experience new leisure skills with clients such as our adoptive boat program, museums, rock climbing, trampoline parks! Help clients gain meaningful life skills like grocery shopping or employment / volunteer skills.
• Serve as an advocate for students; Ensure safety and welfare
• Collaborate with other professionals while maintaining a “can do” attitude
