Med / Tele Registered Nurse - RN

A respected healthcare system is seeking a Full-Time Med / Tele Registered Nurse for a day shift position. This role features a self-scheduled shift from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM, with flexible days based on the unit's needs. If you're a dedicated nurse interested in joining a dynamic medical telemetry unit, this opportunity may be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct, individualized nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to meet patient needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor and assess patients connected to electrocardiogram (ECG) and heart rate monitors.
Interpret telemetry data to adjust care plans and implement timely interventions.

Med / Tele Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications :

Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree).

Experience : No prior experience required; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Licensure : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

CPR-BCLS certification is required.

ACLS certification must be obtained before completing orientation.

NIH Stroke Scale certification is required before completing orientation.
