What You Will Do
Responsible for driving and implementing the logistics procurement strategy and standards across the America's region and is accountable for delivering targeted results in the logistics category.
Duties and Responsibilities :

- Drive Procurement results in Logistics services for the region, maximizing regional benefit and leveraging value of global initiatives, where appropriate.
- Responsible for delivering commercial agreements which optimize value for spend.
- Provide market insights and analysis for the major cost elements in the Logistics category and flag potential risks.
- Build and roll-out the procurement strategy for the Logistics category, focusing on optimization and carbon reduction initiatives.
- Contribute to the execution of end-to-end logistics and net zero strategies with key stakeholders.
- Perform procurement activities in alignment with the Logistics strategy, Company Procurement processes and ways of working.
- Drive transformation across the function and capability build towards a ‘fit for future’ organization.
- Pro-actively drive and foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive costs down while maintaining quality and reducing adverse planetary impact.
- Identify and manage risks; ensuring that suppliers meet our safety, security and quality requirements and respect our Supplier Code of Conduct. Actively contribute to building business continuity plans.
- Lead regional RFQs, negotiating and contracting, in conjunction with global logistics and local stakeholders and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance of RFx, supplier selection and development tools, such as Supplier Evaluation, Supplier Performance Review, Risk Evaluation and Mitigation, Opportunities, and Innovation.
- Develop relationships and continually work with key stakeholders ensuring that commercial delivery and internal service are equally balanced
- Undertake adequate analysis and planning to enable effective supplier negotiations which deliver a complete solution and world class cost base.
- Responsible for tracking benefits gained, value add, KPI’s and other reports.

Qualifications
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field of study5+ years related work experience to include Data ControlKnowledge of :
