Director Of Revenue Operations
Remote U.S. - (designated states) This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states : AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX.
We are currently seeking an exceptional Director of Revenue Operations to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this individual will be the architect of Raintree's revenue engine, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success into a unified system that accelerates growth. You will oversee all tools, processes, and insights our teams need to consistently exceed quota. You'll maintain Salesforce as a single source of truth, achieve 90%+ forecast accuracy in 6 months, and ensure our prospect database is detailed and differentiated in our market. You will also develop reporting that drives adherence to the sales process and enables accountability across the team.
