Financial Services - Sr. Associate

We are looking for an attorney with 4 7 years of transactional experience , preferably with a background in syndicated credit facilities, leveraged finance, and related financing transactions . The ideal candidate brings not only technical excellence but also a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with clients and colleagues across practice areas.
