BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly talented Senior CRM Developer to be part of our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work collaboratively with clients to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions that enhance customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom CRM applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Design, customize, and optimize workflows, business rules, and plugins.
• Conduct code reviews, component testing, and quality assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Create and oversee documentation related to CRM processes and solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing CRM systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CRM solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
