A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize revenue cycle processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient billing and collections
Analyze financial data to identify trends and implement improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare finance
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and compliance
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Leadership experience in managing teams and projects
