Respondology is looking for a hands-on and forward-thinking Senior Data Scientist (Full Stack) to join our growing team. Youll define the quality bar for our products and build the experimentation and evaluation systems that make it effortless for engineers and product to ship confidently. From formalizing product quality metrics to enabling robust experimentation and reporting, youll create the foundations that engineering, product, and leadership teams rely on every day.

The ideal candidate

• Experienced IC who can bootstrap an experimentation and quality evaluation program end-to-end.
• Strong expertise in Python and data wrangling with pandas / polars; solid SQL and data modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining evaluation suites and guardrails that prevent regressions.
• Can run segment-specific experiments to understand heterogeneous impact.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration and modern data tooling
• Ability to translate business goals into measurable product quality metrics and leadership-facing KPIs.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset working with Product, Eng, CS, and RevOps.
• DS-first with DE range : willing to hop into database and pipeline tasks as needed to unblock outcomes (bonus points for Snowflake experience).
