Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate journey with confidence and professionalism

Assess clients’ needs and financials to match them with the perfect property or buyer

Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, mortgage options, and legal considerations

Perform market analysis to accurately price properties and assist with valuations

Market listings through advertising, open houses, and networking

Handle contracts, leases, closing documents, and other paperwork with precision

Collaborate with appraisers, lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and contractors to ensure smooth transactions

Stay up to date on industry best practices and local market trends

Build and maintain a strong network within your community and beyond

Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License (required)

Proven track record of successful real estate sales

Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Trustworthy, professional, and client-focused

Tech-savvy and comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Warm leads delivered directly from our moving & storage division
