Commercial Lines Manager / Leader
Position Summary : Lead the commercial lines account management team of a stable, family-oriented NOVA-based insurance agency that has been a long time player in the WDC region. Transition to department leader and also manage a book of diversified commercial lines accounts in an environment and culture that promotes continued learning, professional development, and direct mentorship so that you too can advance to the executive level of the firm.

Position Responsibilities :
Provide service to existing clients related to updating policies, providing quotes, answering questions, and providing documentationCarrier RelationsDevelop, foster, and maintain strong relationships with clients and producersEnsure all accounts are renewed in a timely manner, working in conjunction with Commercial Team Leader and ProducersVerify and maintain policy accuracy across the policy termManage internal management of accounts including renewals and client issuesComplete renewal applications and submissions to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policiesAssist billing team with management and coordination of agency-bill accountsAdvocate on the client's behalf, ensuring high-level of service and value deliverRequirements :
Five Plus years of commercial lines account management or similar experience. We can train and mentor, or you can hit the ground running.Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer skills including the Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentCreativity and strong problem-solving skillsStrong task and time management skills (ability to prioritize tasks)Basic math skills and understanding of basic financial concepts
