Infrastructure Program Manager

Industry : Utility Job Title : Program Manager – Infrastructure or Real Estate Duration : 12 months (with chance of conversion / extension) Location : Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid- 3+ Day Onsite) Pay Range : $55 / hr - $60 / hr Day-to-Day : Manage assigned Real Estate & Facilities projects end-to-end (new builds, remodels, renovations, small-scope CapEx). Oversee budgets up to $15M, schedules, risks, and reporting across 10–30 active projects of varying complexity. Track project milestones, budgets, and forecasts; ensure alignment with capital program reporting. Must Haves : Professional project management experience with strong ownership of budgets, schedules, and reporting. 4–8+ years of experience in project management profession. Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and thrive in a non-structured environment. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; comfort with project tracking / reporting. Experience managing facilities renovations, remodels, or new builds.
