Your Role as a Real Estate Sales Agent :

Maintain client relationships to enhance sales.

Meet with potential buyers and sellers to understand their home preferences, then showcase properties that align perfectly with their needs.

Host captivating open houses to showcase our listings.

Manage the entire process from listing to closing, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.

Attract potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

Be a local expert – possess in-depth knowledge of the community and market, confidently addressing inquiries about potential homes, comparable properties, and the neighborhood.

Real Estate Sales Agent Requirements :

Previous sales experience is advantageous.

Embrace a tech-savvy approach.

Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Be self-motivated and driven by ambition.

Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills.

A valid Real Estate License is required.

Pay :

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits : Flexible schedule

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Self-determined schedule

Weekend availability
