Position Summary :

The Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) delivers advanced, trauma-informed medical care to children and youth in a shelter setting. This role encompasses comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with strong clinical judgment, committed to promoting wellness and safety for vulnerable populations. We are seeking a proactive clinician who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact.

• Salary : $162,760.00 (Salaried / Bi-weekly pay)
• Language Requirements : Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• Location : El Paso, TX
• Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent
• Program : Medical - Residential Shelter Services
• Travel : Minimal. Must commute to the shelter location.
