Pharmacy Manager - Home Infusion Specialist

West Palm Beach, FL

$150K-$175K base salary (flexible) + profit sharing; On-target earnings of $225K+

Our client is a premier provider of home infusion services, passionately improving the lives of patients and healthcare professionals across the United States since 1986. As they expand their footprint in South Florida, they're seeking an experienced and driven Pharmacy Manager to lead operations and elevate patient care.

What You'll Do :

Pharmacy Operations & Compliance

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring strict adherence to federal and state regulations.
Maintain full compliance with home infusion therapy standards and best practices.
Manage inventory, storage, and disposal of medications and supplies.
Lead documentation processes and support regular audits for quality and compliance.

Patient Care Excellence

Supervise the preparation and dispensation of home infusion medications.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to tailor medication regimens for individual patients.

Deliver patient counseling and education to ensure safety and effectiveness of therapies.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff, fostering a high-performing culture.

Promote continuous learning on the latest advancements in infusion therapy.

Address performance and personnel issues with professionalism and care.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as a liaison with prescribers, manufacturers, and healthcare partners.

Represent the organization at professional forums and in the infusion community.

What You Bring :

Valid Pharmacist license in the state of Florida

5+ years of home infusion experience (preferred)

Proven leadership in pharmacy team management

Expert knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
