Travel availability : Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 5090%) to visit sites.
Leadership skills : Strong ability to lead, coach, and mentor HR teams and to influence and advise managers.
Strategic and hands-on mindset : Must possess both the strategic vision to develop HR plans and the hands-on approach to execute them in the field.
Problem-solving : Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle complex employee relations issues.
Interpersonal and communication skills : Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to build effective relationships with people at all organizational levels. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
Education / Experience
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or certifications like SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus.
At least 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including management roles, with a strong background in multi-site operations within a relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, distribution).
Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations
Experience working with highly confidential information while maintaining discretion
Strong commitment to providing world-class customer service
Proficiency in processing, reporting, and inputting information into HRIS; Ideally ADP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
The posted salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 annually, plus bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
